A - Paper Submission and Publication
A1. All submitted papers must be original and unpublished before and after the conference.
A2. Authors and co-authors must inform their department heads/principals/guides about their submission.
A3. The correct affiliation of all authors and co-authors must be mentioned in the paper.
A4. Papers submitted after the last date of registration may not be accepted.
A5. Each paper undergoes a three-reviewer process before being accepted.
A6. SCRIBIUM does not publish authors' or co-authors' email addresses online.
A7. No changes to authorship can be made after registration without written consent from all listed authors.
A8. Unregistered papers will not be published.
A9. SCRIBIUM assumes the submitting author is the original author and is not responsible for verifying co-authorship.
A10. Papers found to have authorship disputes will be immediately suspended from publication.
A11. Suspended papers will not be republished by SCRIBIUM.
A12. SCRIBIUM does not assist with visa applications; securing a visa is the participant’s responsibility.
A13. Registration fees may be refunded only if a visa application is denied before the registration deadline.
A14. SCRIBIUM does not guarantee the visa approval of participants.
A15. Abstract submissions are not eligible for journal publication unless a full paper is submitted before the deadline.
B - Attending SCRIBIUM Conferences (International/National/Online)
B1. All participants must register and pay the specified fee before attending.
B2. Regularly check the official conference page for updates.
B3. The venue or date may change; registered participants will be notified.
B4. Any form of violence or disruption will not be tolerated.
B5. Participants must bring an original ID to attend.
B6. Conference kits will be sent by speed post if unavailable during the event.
B7. Late arrivals will not be allowed to present.
B8. Activists are not permitted to attend.
B9. SCRIBIUM reserves the right to publish conference images online.
B10. Ticket refunds are not SCRIBIUM's responsibility if the event is rescheduled or canceled.
B11. Approved refunds take 10-15 working days and transaction charges apply.
B12. Refund details are sent to the registered email only.
B13. Participants found spreading false information or hate speech will be blacklisted permanently.
C - Journal Publications (Scopus/SCI/UGC/Google Scholar)
C1. SCRIBIUM selects papers for journal publication at its discretion.
C2. Scopus/SCI journal publications require additional fees and can take 3-12 months.
C3. Conference registration fees are non-refundable if the paper is not selected for a journal.
C4. Papers must be extended by 20% for journal publication.
C5. The Round-2 review process takes 25-60 days after the conference.
C6. Authors must pay extra for hard copies of journals.
C7. The editorial board has the final say on journal rejections, and no refunds will be provided.
D - Plagiarism Policy
D1. All papers are checked for plagiarism before publication.
D2. Papers with major plagiarism issues will not be considered.
D3. Post-publication plagiarism claims may lead to temporary removal for verification.
D4. Severe plagiarism cases result in permanent removal and blacklisting.
D5. Self-plagiarism is treated as a violation and will be dealt with accordingly.
E - Declaration
E1. SCRIBIUM operates under “People’s Empowerment Trust” under Section-25, Companies Act, 1956.
E2. SCRIBIUM is an independent, non-profit organization promoting scientific research.
E3. SCRIBIUM is not affiliated with any university.
E4. Editorial board members are not SCRIBIUM employees.
E5. SCRIBIUM reserves the right to cancel registrations and withdraw publications if rules are violated.
E6. All disputes fall under Bhubaneswar jurisdiction.
E7. SCRIBIUM may remove papers from proceedings or journals at any time.
